Our on-site no-till certified organic garden at Shangri-La Springs is a wonder to behold. Fresh seasonal vegetables include tomatoes, eggplant, kale, carrots, onions, collard greens, peppers, as well as organic LOOFAH. All produce, herbs and fruit are used to make delectable culinary delights in our organic restaurant Harvest & Wisdom. Come visit us today!

Educational Organic Garden Tours
for School and Camp Groups

  • A sensory based walking tour around garden plots and an orchard

  • Permaculture principles

  • Information on “What makes a garden?"

Cost $3 per child, water is provided.

Tours available Monday through Friday, time determined by the group's needs and availability of staff. Tours run from 40 minutes to 1 hour depending on the needs of group and age.

Tour Requirements
  • Minimum number: 10
  • For groups larger than 16, please be prepared to have 1 adult for every 8 children
  • Maximum number per tour is 32
  • Closed-toe shoes
  • Sun protection (Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen)
  • Water bottles


Gardening Class with Cecelia Morales

  • $20 per ticket
  • All ages welcome, with the expectation that attendees can be actively engaged for 1 hour!
What attendees should bring:
  • Water
  • Sun protection
  • Comfortable clothing you don't mind getting dirty
  • Closed-toed shoes
  • If you have your own garden gloves and hand pruners, please feel free to bring them!
