COVID-19 Procedures

Before you visit the spa

In response to recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19) and out of respect for the health and safety of our employees, staff and the community, The Spa has implemented changes to our procedures for your visit. Please review the following:

  • We will be pre-screening all incoming clients using a no-touch thermal temperature scan to confirm the client's temperature is no higher than 100.4 °F (38°C). If an incoming client has a temperature above 100.4°F, or if they have developed cold or flu-like symptoms or other symptoms suggesting illness, we will need to reschedule their service appointment and suggest that they call their primary care provider for consultation.
  • Face masks are required in common areas. Therapists are required to wear a fase mask throughout their service appointments. Clients have the option to wear a face mask during their service appointment if they wish. Clients can bring their own face mask. If a client does not have a face mask, we can provide one.
  • We request that friends and family do not wait in the Spa reception area for a client going into or coming out of the Spa services building. We request that they wait outside.

COVID-19 Form - For Returning Clients

If you have visited our spa before, please fill out and submit our COVID-19 questionnaire in advance of your visit.

To safeguard your personal data all online forms are HIPAA compliant.

In order to space out appointments comfortably for staff and clients we have disabled online bookings at this time. Please call The Spa directly at 239-676-7334 to schedule, change or cancel service appointments.
